Englishbox English Tests
In order to help us determine your English level we have devised three English tests. These three tests correspond to the three levels of our English courses; elementary, intermediate and advanced.
The elementary English test examines your use of the present simple and continuous tense, the past and future simple, common prepositions, quantifiers and polite question forms.
The intermediate English test concentrates on more complicated tense and verb forms, including the perfect tenses and the passive. Your knowledge of reported speech, adverbs, verb patterns and modal verbs is also put to the test.
The advanced English test involves more complicated passive forms, modal verbs for deduction, idiomatic expressions, conjunctions, question tagging, phrasal verbs and reduced relative clauses. It's quite tricky, so make sure you double check your answers!
How good is your English on a scale of one to ten? Is it hard to judge? Take our English test to determine which classes are most appropriate for you.
Did you pass the elementary English test with flying colours? Why not try the intermediate level English test to see if you’re out of your depth or walking on water.
